3. Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped through various shipping companies or authorized Bclick couriers.

The store selects the most appropriate shipping provider based on the customer’s location and order type.

4. Order Processing Time

Order preparation time varies depending on the product type and is indicated on the product page.

Once the order is prepared and handed over to the shipping company, the delivery time begins.

5. Shipping Issues

After the order is handed over to the shipping company, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

In case of any issue (delay, loss, or damage), Bclick will handle the matter directly and compensate the customer by crediting the value to their store wallet without waiting for the shipping company’s investigation or resolution timeline.

6. Delivery Time in KSA

Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2 to 5 business days under normal conditions.

Delivery times may increase during peak seasons or due to shipping company workload, which is beyond the store’s control.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery may be available for certain orders, regions, or shipping providers.

Bclick reserves the right to enable, disable, or set conditions for this service based on store policies.

8. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders

If the customer does not receive the order and the shipment is returned to the store for any reason, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping costs or any related fees before crediting the remaining balance to the customer’s wallet.

9. International Shipping

Bclick offers international shipping to selected countries through global shipping providers.

Delivery Time:

International delivery typically takes 5 to 18 days, depending on the destination and shipping company.

Customs & Duties:

Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on the destination country’s regulations.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.
